VISION: Developing Champions in Sport & Life
MISSION: Teach the sports of Nordic Skiing, cycling, and Biathlon and develop regional, national, and internationally competitive athletes, all while encouraging a life-long love of sport.
PURPOSE & PHILOSOPHY: Provide affordable, high-quality youth skiing, cycling, and biathlon programs to the Wasatch Back and surrounding communities that promote physical literacy, teach life lessons, and help all participants achieve their goals.
VALUES: Team Soldier Hollow athletes say they value a team that is… Ownership – we believe in teaching our participants that a leader must take full responsibility for everything in their world—including success, failure, and everything in between. Enjoyment - we believe in teaching our participants that they can enjoy sport in many ways. Through a fun and supportive team environment, vomit-inducing intervals, skill mastery, or mental skills training. While all of these represent varying levels of fun, we believe they all play an important role in developing Champions in Sport and Life.
