- Inclusive - We want our programs diversity to represent our communities diversity. Socioeconomics, ethnicity, athletic ability, education, etc...
- Respect - We want our participants to respect themselves, their peers, and their coaches. We believe sport offers a unique and powerful way to development respect.
- Innovation - We encourage our participants to think for themselves and come up with their own plans to further develop themselves. We do this with uniquely designed sessions, goal setting, and getting/giving constant feedback.
- Enjoyment - We believe all of our sports are lifelong but to do them for your whole life, you must enjoy them.
