Fri, June 9, 7:45-10:30: Long run/hike with poles from Dutch Hollow
Sat, June 10, OYO: 3 hour activity of choice

Mon, June 12, 7:45-11:00: Cascade Springs, classic roller ski and run combo. 
Tues, June 13, 7:45-9:30: Preview TT courses and watch NTG sprint workout.
Wed, June 14, 3:45-5:45: DP Test
Thurs, June 15, 3:45-5:30: Strength Test
Fri, June 16, 3:45-5:30: 5k skate roller ski TT. 
Sat, June 17, OYO: 3 hour OD

Wrap Up: 5:15pm-5:30pm 
(Training Diaries Complete + Skis/Boots/Poles Away + Lockers clean)
