General Protocols for Participation in Team SoHo Summer Programs
All training activities will be subject to the following additional protocols:
To protect the health and safety of our employees and customers, and to help reduce the impact of COVID-19 on our community, face masks are generally required indoors unless noted as an exception below.
Additional Protocols/Notices:
- All athletes will be required to pre-screen for COVID-19 symptoms in the 30min screening window before being admitted to practices
- All coaches and staff will pre-screen for COVID-19 symptoms before coming to work
- All coaches and athletes must have immediate access to a mask at all times during training
- Physically distanced at least 6 feet apart for low exertion training and at least 10 feet apart for high exertion training
- All athletes must have a mask or face covering immediately available for use when 6ft distancing cannot be maintained
- No sharing of water bottles or snacks
- Currently no indoor group training planned for summer
- If sessions are held at the FitStop or other facilities, those practices will be subject to opening dates, age limits and other restrictions/guidelines set by the respective facility with the expectation that all program participants wear a mask.
- No shared meals at camps or remote training sessions unless separate testing protocol allows for this
- All parties must strictly observe guidelines of the host club/resort

- Unvaccinated individuals are required to wear a mask indoors when accessing Soldier Hollow buildings and/or participating in Team SoHo activities, regardless of the number of people in the space.
- All coaches and athletes are required to wear masks in High Traffic indoor spaces, including vehicles, unless all participants are known to be fully vaccinated. High Traffic zones at Soldier Hollow include both the Day Lodge and the Competition Management Building.
Additional Protocols/Notices:
- In the event of illness – if an athlete attends practice and presents with any symptoms of illness, athlete will be safely isolated and parents/care giver called. Parent/caregiver must pick up athletes within 30 minutes of call or athlete must be able to transport home safely. Where illness relates to Covid-19, Team SoHo Staff will notify the Wasatch County Health Department and the athlete will not be allowed to return to training until cleared by a medical professional.
