Devo Plus Team
The Soldier Hollow Devo Plus Team is for youth ages 12-13 who have ski experience and an interest in racing. Skiers will begin to apply and understand basic training principles of cross country skiing and biathlon. Devo summer training is a fun way to stay active during the off season, and includes activities such as hiking, agility, games, roller skiing, biathlon, running, and more. Devo Plus athletes will join with the Comp Team once/week for training.

Who: Experienced skiers age 12 -13 interested in racing.
When: May 15 - May 31 Mondays 3:30-5:30 June 5 - August 11 Mondays 3:00-5:00pm biathlon Tuesdays 9:00-10:30am Wednesdays 9:00-11:00am Thursdays 9:00-11:30am Summer Program Cost: Devo: $275 Cost Includes: Coaching, intro to roller skiing and fun activities such as skills course, speed skating, biathlon, hiking, biking, team games and strength circuit Not Included: Camps and competitions are additional to program fees Required equipment: Equipment and clothing for running and hiking with poles plus a helmet and water bottle with holder. For training diversity we recommend mountain biking and roller skiing gear. Some roller skis are available for use. Camps: There will be 2 camps (Biathlon: June 20-24) and (Nordic: June 26-30) that will be an additional cost. There will be no regular scheduled training during camps. |
