4.5 days down and 1to go in the 2014 West camp! It has been a fantastic camp with our first ever Devo practices and Team SoHo Thanksgiving.  

Here's a sneak peak to what we do in West. Hint = lots of skiing, eating, and fun!

Tuesday - fun skate ski upon arrival

Wednesday  - Distance Classic 2hrs.
                         Distance skate & race tactics with Olympic Brian Gregg. 
                         Devo - Relays with PC Nordic

Thursday - 3 hour Classic distance!  (Devo 2 hours)
                    Jog and Thanksgiving

Friday - Skate technique and distance
              Devo and Comp Game Day!!! 

Saturday - Skate Sprint TT (Comp and Devo)
                   Running Scavenger Hunt (w/ Devo) & Core Strength

Sunday - Long Classic and Drive Home

Thursday the Devo and Comp Teams got together for some costume clad rollerski relays. Hard workouts are always more fun with lots of teammates, lots of cheering and of course, a costume!
