The Comp Team headed up to the Sun Valley for this year's end of summer camp! Huge thanks to the Sun Valley Ski Team for letting us join them for a few days of training. We camped at Easley (10 minutes north of Ketchum the first 3 nights and at Stanley Lake the last night. Here's what the week looked like: Monday - Drive, set up camp, trail run Tuesday - Skate rollerski speed, check out the hot springs, run and strength Wednesday - Classic rollerski specific strength, town scavenger hunt, run and games Thursday - Bounding intervals, paddle boating and swimming at Redfish Lake, core strength on the beach Friday - Hike to Sawtooth Lake, drive home! Overall, it was a FANTASTIC camp! We learned a lot and laughed a lot. It was also great to see how much the team has improved from 1 year ago!!! Feel free to download any of the photos.
