 Summer is here an so is rollerski season!!! The Comp Team has been meeting twice a week all spring to work on general strength and transitioning to running and other summer activities. It has been very fun to have all the new kids (7 moved up from devo!!!) on the team! Thursday was our first rollerski of the year. It is a team rule that you must be wearing a neon, hi-vis, shirt for rollerskiing. Xander really took this to a whole new level with his matching hi-vis shorts! Can't wait to find out where he got those!!!  Aren Burkemo, Xander's older brother, is back in town from his first year in college. The team is very excited to have Aren at many of the comp workouts this summer! The question is: who is going to win the Burkemo pull up contest?
