Saturday there is a classic race at Mountain Dell Golf Course (Off of I-80 between Summit Park and SLC). Youth League, Devo and Comp Team skiers are encouraged to participate! Coaches Morgan and Petie will be at the race to help with kick waxing! Here are the race details:
WHAT: Classic Ski Race. 10:00am START. WHO: Skiers of all ages and speeds! They have the following youth categories: U8, U10, U12, U14, U16, U18, U20. Not sure what age group you're in? Check HERE. There are also novice, age group, and open categories for adults, so parents can race too! REGISTRATION: You can register day of race between 8:30 and 9:30. Cost is $8 for kids. EQUIPMENT: Skis may be borrowed from the lodge starting Thursday AFTER school. You must check them out at the front desk and return them on SATURDAY after the race. NEW TO RACING? Perfect!
